pillow case dresses

So I have learned to make pillow case dresses thanks to You Tube.I have made one so far. Will post pictures later. I have a plan to make more for my daugether and my niece. I am making them matching dresses for them. They are going to a father dauhter dance in febraruy. I am slowly but surely getting them done. I made them ribbon flowers arm bands too. Will post pictures soon

I have made a quilt that I learn to knot tie. And a few pot pads. And a car holder for my 4 yr old son.

one word ADDICTED

I am just starting out this blog to share my addiction to sewing with the public. I havent been doing this for very long but love it so much.For me sewing is more then just sitting in front of a machine it is very relaxing. I can put my ipod earphones in my ears and sew for hours it seems like even thou it is only for a few mintunes. It helps me to relieve my stress and anger on the fabric and not on the loved ones around me. I haven't been sewing for very long but have learned alot in the time that I have. I hope to share my passion and gain more knowledge though sharing my projects that I have made. Trust me I take alot of pictures after I am done working on something and I try to sew at least everyday if not more. Happy reading.
